REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital pattern has been made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access, and you waive any right to cancel once the download link has been provided.

EXCEPTIONS
We will provide a replacement file or refund in the following cases:
- You received a corrupted or unreadable file
- You received the wrong pattern
- You were charged but did not receive access to your download

To request help with any of the above, contact us at support@yarnberry.store

within 7 days of purchase, including your order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND
- Change of mind after purchase
- Difficulty following the pattern due to skill level (see the skill level listed on each product before purchasing)
- Materials, tools, or yarn purchased separately to complete the pattern
