Welcome to yarnberry ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website at yarnberry.store or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make a purchase.

1. PRODUCTS
All products sold on this site are digital PDF crochet patterns delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Products are made available for download immediately after successful payment.

2. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal-use license only. This means:
- You may use the pattern to make finished items for personal use or gifting
- You may sell finished physical items you make yourself using the pattern
You may NOT:
- Copy, share, resell, redistribute, or upload the digital pattern file itself
- Repackage or claim the pattern design as your own
- Use the pattern to mass-produce items for commercial manufacturing

3. PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are charged in full at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. REFUNDS
All sales of digital products are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and the limited exceptions where a replacement or refund may be issued.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All pattern designs, images, and content on this site are the property of yarnberry unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our patterns, including but not limited to improper use of materials, tools, or techniques described in the pattern. Patterns are provided as-is, and while we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee an error-free result for every skill level.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of MOROCCO, without regard to conflict of law principles.
